Return period for consumers: 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, and then another 14 days to send the product back.

1. Not sure whether the cable fits?

Is the charging cable or charger not working as you expect? Then contact us first. We can often solve it together remotely. We may ask you for your car make and model, the type of charging point and a photo of the charging port.

2. Right of withdrawal and return period

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. It starts on the day after receipt. Within that time, you can let us know without giving a reason that you are cancelling the purchase. After that, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

3. Registering a return

The quickest way is through our returns portal: retour.laadkabelxl.nl. You may also notify us of your return in another clear way, for example via info@laadkabelxl.nl or the withdrawal form.

Did you order through bol? Then register your return in your bol account.

How it works:

  1. Register your return in the portal.
  2. Follow the instructions and use the return address you receive from us.
  3. Pack the product well, preferably in a separate shipping box.
  4. Include all accessories, protective caps, the storage bag and the manual.
  5. Keep your proof of shipment until the return has been processed.

4. Inspecting and testing the product

You may inspect and test the product as you would in a shop. If you go further than that, the product may lose value. For example:

  • intensive charging
  • damage to the plugs
  • dirt or moisture in the contacts
  • shortening or modifying the cable

Simply opening the packaging is not a reason to refuse your return.

5. Packaging and completeness

If possible, use the original packaging, in a separate shipping box. Do not stick the return label directly on the original packaging. Is the original packaging missing or damaged? Then we will not simply refuse your return for that reason. If the product has demonstrably lost value, we may deduct this.

6. Return costs

Are you sending something back because you have changed your mind about the purchase? Then you pay the cost of sending it back yourself. Did we deliver the wrong product, or is the product defective? Then we pay the return costs.

7. Refund

We refund what you are entitled to, including the standard shipping costs. Did you choose a more expensive shipping method? Then we do not refund those extra costs.

You will receive the money back via the payment method you used for your order. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product, or until you show that you have sent it back. Whichever happens first applies.

8. Exchanges

Would you like a different product? Then register the product through the returns portal and place a new order. Not sure which cable fits your car? Then contact us first and we will check it for you.

9. Wrong product delivered or received damaged

Did you receive the wrong product, is something missing or did it arrive damaged? Let us know as soon as possible and send photos. We will then arrange a suitable solution, at no cost to you.

10. Exceptions

You cannot withdraw from your purchase for products made to your specifications, such as a custom-length cable. If this applies to a product, we will tell you before you order.

11. Bundles, free promotional products and discount codes

  • Bundle: did you buy a set for one total price? Then return it as a complete set.
  • Free promotional product: did you receive one with your purchase? Then also send it back if you cancel the purchase completely. If you do not, we may deduct its value.
  • Discount: did a discount only apply from a minimum amount and are you returning part of the order? Then we may recalculate the discount. A used discount code is not automatically returned to you.

12. Business customers

Business customers can also return regular purchases within 14 days, under the same practical rules. This is a voluntary arrangement on our part and not a statutory right of withdrawal.
